12.2How do I sign in to my account?

From the welcome screen, tap Sign in. You can continue with Apple or Google, or enter your email address and password.

Tick Remember me so you don't have to type your credentials every time you open the app.

Forgotten password

Use the Forgot password? link below the input field. Reset instructions will be sent to the address linked to your account.

If signing in fails

• Account never validated — an account created by email is only active once the code received by mail has been entered in the app. See creating an account.
• Apple or Google sign-in — if you created the account that way, there is no password to type: use the same button again.
• Nothing works — write to us from the contact page.
