11.3Where can I find projects shared with me?
Exchanged projects don't get mixed in with your own. From the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, at the top of the My projects screen, two tabs separate the flows:
- Shared with me — projects other users have opened to you;
- My shared projects — those you have opened to others.
What you can do there
In Shared with me, your room to manoeuvre depends on the level the owner granted you: View (read-only) or Editor (can modify). The level can be changed by the owner at any time.
In My shared projects, you remain the owner: the project's three dots let you change the access level or revoke it.
Why the separation
A project you received is not a project of yours: keeping them apart avoids changing one by mistake, and lets you see at a glance what you have circulated — useful when a case closes and access needs cutting.
