11.1How do I collaborate with a partner on a specific file?

1. Open the sharing menu

From your project list, tap the three dots at the top right of the project concerned, then select Share.

2. Invite the person

Enter your collaborator's email address in the window that opens.

The address must match an existing Make Plan account. An invitation sent to an address the app doesn't know will not go through: ask the person to create their account first.

3. Choose the access level

Tap Share: a message confirms the project has been shared.

4. Change or revoke access

At any time, reopen the project's three dots to:

• change the access level — from View to Editor, or the other way round;
• revoke a user's access.

A confirmation is requested before it takes effect. Exchanged projects are found in the dedicated tabs.
