13.1How do I use the AI assistant and live support?

The app includes an AI assistant that answers your questions about Make Plan, and a Live Support channel that puts you in touch with the technical team.

Open the assistant

The assistant is shown as a floating icon, visible on every screen. You can move it around freely. Tap it to open the conversation and ask your question.

Below each answer, two icons let you copy the text or request a new answer.

Switch to a human

The Live Support tab in the same window connects you directly with our technical team: use it to report a problem or suggest an improvement.

Hide or restore the icon

To hide the assistant, drag its icon to the bottom of the screen: a bin appears. To bring it back, turn on Show AI assistant in the display settings.
