10.5How do I carry out an inventory of fixtures?

The Inventory of fixtures tool documents the condition of a property through a structured form, supported by your 360° views.

1. Open the tool

Tap Inventory of fixtures in the bottom toolbar. You are redirected to the web interface, which is more comfortable for filling in a long form.

2. Choose the type

Four forms are available: studio, 1-3 bed, check-in inventory, check-out inventory. The form adapts automatically to the type selected.

3. Fill in the form

It is made up of several sections: general information, meter readings, rooms, equipment, condition of surfaces. Work room by room, then tap Save to record your entries.

4. Export

Once every section is complete, export the document. You get the inventory along with the floor's summary report: plan, measurements and quantities, number of rooms, doors and windows.
