6.6How do I view an element's properties?

Every element on the plan carries its own measurements. Select it, then tap Info in the options bar.

For a joinery item, the sheet shows:

• length and height;
• area;
• sill height — the distance between the floor and the bottom of the opening.

The fields are editable: tap a value to correct it when the survey misread an opening. The area recalculates on its own.

A Description tab lets you attach a free-text comment — manufacturer reference, condition, snag to clear.

These values feed the measurement sheet and the costing: correcting them here corrects every document derived from them.

The same options bar gives access to flipping the element, to notes and to deleting it.
